Discover this well-kept semi-detached house located in the popular Solpark urbanisation in Moraira, at walking distance of the Solpark Tennis-Padel club, Ca Antonio restaurant and bar, the Brevis grill and minigolf, the local pharmacy and the popular lunchroom and restaurant Pan, Pan y Jamón Jamón.
Casa Geco is a spacious house with magnificent sea-views. It is well located: the distance to the centre and main beach of Moraira is only 2,4 km. By car it’s a 3 minute drive and you will find free parking near the village centre and beach. In the vicinity you will find beautiful bays with beach bars and cosy chiringuitos (small beach restaurants). Also supermarkets and shops are nearby, only a few minutes’ drive.
Casa Geco is beautifully furnished with new furniture, new beds and matrasses and a completely new fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a big fridge-freezer combination, microwave, separate oven, electric stove, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, filter coffee machine, water boiler, hand blender, toaster, citrus-juicer, etc.
The house has two large bedrooms, good size bathroom, beautiful open kitchen, spacious and light living room with sliding door, partly covered terrace, little private garden and a roof terrace. Both bedrooms have 2 beds of 90 x 200 cm, upon request they can be made up as one bed of 180 x 200 cm.
The bathroom has two sinks, walk-in-shower, a separate toilet and a washing machine.
The bedrooms and living room have air-conditioning (hot and cold), mosquito nets and roller shutters.
The whole house has underfloor heating, which in winter time is a very comfortable. There is Fiber Optic internet (Wi-Fi) and a big smart tv. With your own subscription you can watch Netflix, etc.
The house is lovely and very light. From the living room and two terraces you have a beautiful sea view. Also the sun positioning is good, even in winter time.
Casa Geco is a house, but it feels more like a luxury apartment with everything located on one floor. We have tried to make it as comfortable and cosy as possible.
In addition to the two terraces you also have a small private garden at your disposal. There is a storage room next to the house where for instance you can put your bicycle(s). Your car can be parked on the premises under the carport so it will stay dry and out of the sun.
There is a big communal swimming pool you can use. It’s always quiet near the pool even in summer time.
Casa Geco is a beautiful summer house and also a very comfortable house in winter. Because one of the terraces is partly covered and the sun position is good you will be able to sit outside in the sun most of the time (in Moraira the sun shines more than 300 days per year!). In addition to this, the house has underfloor heating and 3 air conditioners which also can heat.
As said Casa Geco is a lovely place! We recommend it, especially to people who like a well-kept house with a good atmosphere.
